Commercial Vendor Information

Important Notice To Vendors and Festival Participants:

SUNDAY, July 17th - Festival END TIME:

The Duck Derby begins at 5:00 PM; the police will not open the street until after all of the pedestrian traffic has moved away from the street and onto the sidewalks comfortably. They determine when that is, based on the crowd size and their movement. Safety is their responsibility.

To that end, all vendors should know 6:00 PM is when they can move cars to Wolcott Street to Pack up and depart and NOT BEFORE. We have tried to accomodate traffic on Wolcott Street during the derby to help vendors get away at a decent time, but pedestrian safety by the police takes priority.

 

Join us for this years 23rd Annual Oatka Festival! In addition to the food and craft booths, space is available for commercial, informational or organizational booths. Commercial space is available for a $60.00 fee for both Saturday and Sunday. Informational & Organizational space is FREE only if no goods are sold.


THINGS TO REMEMBER:

• Site space is 12’ x 12‘

• Electricity is not available

• You are responsible for providing your own tents, tables, etc.

• Sites are located on grass with nearby sidewalks

• June 30, 2011, we will mail to all participants an assigned site number with a map of the area and your required parking permit

• The Parade begins promptly at 11:00 AM

• SET-UP 7am Sat. - TEAR DOWN 5:30pm Sun.

• Festival Hours are 10-6 Saturday & 10-5:30 Sunday

• Wolcott Street and Trigon Park are closed to traffic - vehicles must be off the street by 9:00 AM

• Load & unload on Wolcott Street/Trigon Park in front of the site area.

• Parking is located directly behind Wolcott Street School.

 

The Festival prohibits the sale of any raffle tickets by any group or organization. Oatka Festival reserves the right to refuse booth space to inappropriate or controversial organizations or vendors.


To reserve a spot at the 23rd Annual Oatka Festival: Send the form below along with your check or money order payable to OATKA FESTIVAL by May 31, 2011.
Postmarked by May 31st - $60
Postmarked after May 31st - $65

Remember, spaces are limited and are assigned upon receipt of the $60.00 fee.
