Must provide a free activity, craft or game

o Other / Youth Recreation $95.00

Once the above information is received via the e-mail listed above, it will be reviewed. Once your application has been approved. You will get an approval e-mail with the 2025 Vendor Rules & Regulations form. Please print, sign and mail in the with payment to the following address.

Arts and crafts continues to be one of the largest features of this festival overlooking the scenic Oatka Creek.

 

Important things to remember:

  • A single Display site is 12' x 12' (There are a limited number of spaces with electric)

  • A double site is 12'x24' 

  • Gold locations are available that are locater closer to the festival center 

  • Venders are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, etc.

  • Sites are located on grass with nearby sidewalks

  • If you require special spot locations, please make a note on your application. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We will mail all participants an assigned site number with a map of the area and your required parking permit. This will be mailed out on July 1st.

  • The Parade begins promptly at 11:00 AM

  • Set up may begin after 12pm on Friday and between 7am - 9am on Saturday

  • Festival Hours are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday

  • Wolcott Street and Trigon Park are closed to traffic - vehicles must be off the street by 9:00 AM

  • Load and unload directly on Wolcott Street in front of the site area.

  • Parking is located directly behind the schools and identified on the parking permit.

  • Please be reminded, our definition of “craft” is hand-made items (by you), not commercial or imports. If we find your booth not to be in compliance, we will move you to the commercial vendor area.

 

There are a limited number of spaces available for each type of booth, so get your application in TODAY!:

  • Commercial Booth 

 

The Oatka Festival Committee and/or the Craft Coordinator are responsible for all decisions and all changes, additions, and site assignments are made at their discretion – the above named are not responsible for poor weather conditions or grounds maintenance, so please be understanding.

 

The festival will have traditional programs, including exciting musical entertainment, fun children’s activities, delicious food booths and a variety of other family events. Because of the excitement and enthusiasm, the Oatka Festival is a great opportunity for crafters!

HISTORY

The first Oatka Festival was held in 1989. Each year, the festival is held on the banks of the scenic Oatka Creek and starts off with a gala musical parade.
