VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION
The Date of 2026 Oatka Festival will be July 18th and 19th
Once your application has been approved, you will get an approval e-mail with the 2026 Vendor Rules & Regulations form. Just because you submitted an application, does that mean you have a spot as a 2026 vendor.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, etc.
Sites are located on grass with nearby sidewalks
If you require special spot locations, please make a note on your application. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Set up may begin after 12pm on Friday and between 7am - 9am on Saturday
Festival Hours are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday
Vendors are NOT to leave early either day
Vendors will be approved on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to have only have one of each 'type' of craft i.e. sports tumblers or tie dye.
Once you receive your confirmation email, please print, sign and mail in the with payment (Make checks payable to: Oatka Festival) to:

Your vendor spot is not confirmed until your check has been received
*please note Katie is the new coordinator- Lindsey is still apart of the committee but stepping down from vendor coordinator.

The Oatka Festival Committee and/or the Craft Vendor Coordinator are responsible for all decisions and all changes, additions, and site assignments are made at their discretion – the above named are not responsible for poor weather conditions or grounds maintenance, so please be understanding.
